This recipe came from my cousin, Cindy, and is a dish that is made every Christmas. It is necessary to make it the night before you are planning to serve so that the noodles draw in the flavour overnight.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shell noodles
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
- Cook the shell noodles
- Mix all ingredients together and leave in fridge overnight.
- Mix again before serving
